Our pipes were backed up with a massive tree root ball. Valentin scoped the pipes and determined that the pipes would need to be replaced as they were still old clay pipes. He did not recommend just clearing the roots as the problem would just come back in a short time. The work was done efficiently and with high quality, and with detailed explanation of what needed to be replaced and how. He did not want to just patch up the pipes, as he knew we'd be unhappy once the next roots took hold. He recommended that we replace the pipes with new ones. His price was in line with other quotes we received. He came highly recommended from friends of ours and we would highly recommend Strong Plumbing for any major plumbing issue. Our house was due for a new roof and the estimate given was in line with other estimates we received (they were in the middle of the pack). The work started on schedule, however took 1.5 days instead of the 1 day estimated. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the cleanup. There was a miscommunication about replacing the existing ridge venting, however the situation was solved to our current satisfaction and they are willing to work with us if it should be an issue within the next year. Very thorough and detailed explanations, and we were pleased to see that they were harnessed on our very sloped roof. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
