My furnace broke down on a long weekend and Anthony was the only person who got back to me. Even though it was a long weekend, they didn’t charge a premium to come by. Anthony’s team was very professional and timely in fixing my furnace and since my AC unit was 15 years old, Anthony gave me a package deal on replacing both the furnace and AC unit. When I read the older reviews about Elite Appliance Service, I was not expecting very good service; however, they have really stepped up to make customer service a priority. I had to wait a bit to talk to someone in person but once I got through, the Customer Service rep was very pleasant, courteous and clear on her instructions. The prices and service schedule she explained to me were exactly as expected. Benjamin, my technician was very professional and explained everything to me. My LG washing machine was leaking although it was operating properly. Even though he was not able to definitively find the source of the leak, he was able to reassure me that everything was operational and the next day, he talked to his colleagues and called me back to give me more advice! That's really going an extra step. Thank you Benjamin. Overall, I appreciate and am satisfied with the service I received. Thank you, Trung (Work Order # 219477)
