To fix or not to fix. That is the major question a homeowner asks when their major appliance breaks. My dryer was 6 years old and I already had to replace the belt once. Now the dryer wouldn't heat up. I called around looking for a repair company and crossed my fingers I would pick someone who wasn't going to scam me or take advantage of me and the situation. I really lucked out. I got a very nice guy and was calm and his appearance was clean and well put together. He immediately found the problem after taking great care to move my heavy dryer. I have a top floor laundry closet so he had to move the dryer onto my hardwood floors. He laid down blankets and was so careful not to scratch my floor. He gave me two options for fixing the dead heating coil and thermostat. I felt good about my decision and he had the parts right in his vehicle. Fixed the dryer and it has worked perfect ever since. I really didn't want the hassle of shopping for a new dryer and I love the my washer dryer set matches so I am really glad it was only a few hours to fix. Lets hope I get at least another 5 years!

I am a single widowed woman. I first went across the street to Leons where they promptly ignored approaching me. I left there and went across the street to Bad Boys. I was greeted pleasantly and right away. I told the sales man right away I needed a fridge and a stove for my new rental property and I didn't want to spend much. He showed a few demos and then came back with an offer I couldn't refuse (under my budget!!) The salesman was personable and very supportive to my new venture as a landlady. He is a landlord himself and offered me some excellent advice. He took his time and completely understood what I was looking for. My fridge and stove are on order and I will pick up in less than a week. I am extremely happy with the service and the appliances!
