Chris Thompson at Haystack Home Inspections did a fantastic job on our last minute home inspection. He jumped in on less than a day's notice to fill in for our other inspector who had been injured on the job. Chris thoroughly reviewed the 1977 townhouse I was considering purchasing (and now own), including review of attic space, all common area buildings and full perimeter examination of the strata and my unit, and provided a detailed yet easily understood report the same day. He was professional and courteous and really knew his subject matter, and even recommended some contractors for renos.

Nick at Innovera handled my bathroom renovation like it was his own. He and his team created a beautiful bathroom, using the materials I chose and designed, and providing all the expertise and pointers I needed as a "1st time" home owner new to the wonderful world of renovations. They paid great attention to every detail, took time to communicate and listen, and were able to help out with lots of extras beyond the bathroom, including re-wiring electrical, removing a dropped ceiling in the bathroom, adding baseboards, removing tile, building an extension to the vanity, hallway and bedroom lighting, and discussing a future kitchen reno and washer/dryer install, and more. The budget was reasonable and work completed in a very timely fashion, too! I highly recommend Innovera!!
