We wanted to support our local business community and after some research we went with Whitby Garage Doors. The Service was top notch from initial contact to final payment. The staff is friendly and professional. We were brought some samples so that we could get an idea of the colour and material. The installation was on time clean (Peter was great). We had a question about the installation and someone came out to within a day to have a look and explain. I would definitely recommend them.

After a few years of toying with the idea of replacing our hot water heater we decided to get a quote on a tankless system. We wanted tankless as our family tends to shower mornings and last in usually gets a cold one. We contacted Sean (TTL owner) come by to give us a quote. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Sean took the time to explain in detail how the system works and what type of maintenance would be required. Sean assessed our existing HVAC system and explained exactly what needed to be done in order to keep everything safe and up to code. The quote was fair and priced competitively. Sean provided me the necessary information to start the process of returning our rental it water tank. Sean's team arrived on time and were freindly, professional and careful while moving in and out of the house with the equipment. The installation was completed within the estimated time and the work and work area was very neat and tidy. The team removed and returned the old system and emailed me a copy of the tank return confirmation. We have been very happy with the performance of the system and will be using TTL for all our HVAC needs going forward.

Glen and his team did an excellent job removing the wood paneling at the front of our house and replacing it with stone facing. We were looking for a low maintenance option as it was a pain to repair, paint and caulk the wood finishing every couple of years. Glen was very friendly and professional and explained in detail what was required to do the job right, he gave us options that helped us make informed decisions while staying within our budget. We were pleasantly surprised with the design and finishing suggestions that he offered, we were not expecting that. We could not have asked for better workmanship and quality, we would not hesitate to use Glen's services in the future.
