Fantastic people! Clearly very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Dan came to my house and to fix a previous electrician's work. I wish I had just hired Proline in the first place! Dan was able to troubleshoot the situation quickly and fix it right away. So relieved it didn't come with a hefty bill either! Kept my house clean, discussed everything he was doing, explained my options, and the work didn't take long at all. Thank you!

In the beginning I had a good experience with Mike but at the end I find myself chasing after him to get the job done. When we brought him back to complete the finish electrical which I had already paid for, it took many phone calls and texts before hearing from him and having him actually come back to finish the job. He said he was out of town on a family emergency and apologized that no one got back to me sooner. No problem. He finished the electrical and I was happy. But now I have a faulty breaker that if I plug in anything in my bedroom, the breaker blows. He called me immediately when I texted him with the issue and said that he could come by sometime the next week and it would only take 20 minutes so he'd let me know when he could come switch it out. I've called him 3 times and left 4 text messages and an email with no response. I was not in a rush to get this done immediately but would appreciate a response even if it was to tell me he was too busy this week and would come by next week. Edit: After finally hearing from Fused Power only after submitting online complaints, he says the reason why he is ignoring me is because of unsettled payments. I asked for the invoices and receipts 3 months ago which he finally sends now, again, only after going online to complain. The invoices don't add up properly and he's now saying I owe him extra which was never discussed with me and there are no details on the invoice. For all I know he could be making it up. None of these fees were ever discussed. I have been without power in my bedroom for three weeks because of your accounting errors and unprofessionalism.

Hi Wmclement, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that things turned out the way they did. Fused Power was hired by a contractor to perform some basement improvements for the homeowner. During the process of the renovations the contractor has since disappeared and neither myself or the homeowner have been able to reach him and have had no further communication from him. From my understanding there may be outstanding arrangements between the homeowner and the contractor which leaves Fused Power in the middle and this is both unfair to you as the homeowner and myself who was hired by this contractor. With respect to the changes in question, they were required and took substantial amount of re configuring. The breaker in question was replaced once and tested by the installer before completion. My advice to the customer was that with new Arc fault technology the appliances that are used should be in good repair and free from any possible damages to prevent nuisance tripping. Again, it is unfortunate that things turned out this way with the contractor disappearing and I apologize for any inconvenience.
