This is the second time I have worked with Dardan. We had removed a patio door and a window from a property and were stuck with how to fill them in, there was a mix of brick (which we couldn’t match) and siding (which was also hard to find). Then I thought of Dardan and how he managed to do an amazing job last time. So I called him out and he straight away knew what to do. He has blended the new stucco into the other finishes perfectly. He is great at finding solutions, easy to work with and exceptionally good at stucco work!

I removed a side door and added two patio doors. The stucco needs to be repaired and replaced around them all. Dardan came to look at the job and immediately knew what to do to make it look great. He finished the work in two days. He was polite, tidy and well priced.

Bosco was one of three quotes we had for the job of removing an old cedar shake roof and all guttering and facias and soffits and replace with asphalt. I had seen his work down the road and was impressed so looked him up on homestars to see a great rating. They came in the same price as another recommended roofer but Bosco's service from the start was exemplary. He came around and discussed all of the options and his work with us. He explained all of the insurances and warrentees he has and allowed me to study the colour options. We agreed a date to start but the weather was not on our side. As we had a deadline of selling our house Bosco pulled out all of the stops and managed to get 10 people working on the roof to remove and replace in just one day! The guttering was done after and the team doing it were very professional. The work is perfect so far, we are very happy to have chosen L&M Roofing and have already recommended him to 3 of our neighbours. Thankyou to all of the
