Grand Stucco did an excellent job for us in re-stuccoing our home in August. Dardan, Nick and the whole team were a pleasure to work with. the job was done very professionally, and involved a base layer, mesh layer, top layer, then stucco on top - all expertly applied. They also boxed in stills below the windows to create a more modern look.

All windows, doors and fixtures were sealed with plastic to fully protect them. They also did their best to protect bushes and walkways. Despite some rainy days, they accomplished the job in the agreed upon length of time. They even worked on a Sunday to make make up for a rainy day, and rejigged their schedule with another job, when they learned that I was having company, so that the job was done the day before, which was extremely considerate! The price was fair, and I would highly recommend Grand Stucco for their professionalism, expert work, timely completion and amiable staff.

The house looked outdated. Dardan and his crew added some 3D texture around the windows and changed the colour to a more modern look. Great work and in good time.

Very happy with Dardan and his team. They were timely with completion and worked as clean as possible in my yard. Just as important for me and probably most homeowners, Dardan is very personable and respectful which gave me piece of mind to give him the project. And for those of you wanting to know, I found grand stucco as Google search.

We were very pleased with Dardan and the other people working with him. He first came to look at the job back in the spring and impressed us with his fair price, openness and ability to answer our questions. We agreed to hire him and set an approximately time frame for the summer.

Dardan was extremely responsive via email and later text as the time got closer and we wanted to confirm a date. He arrived promptly on the day and got right to work with his crew. They kept the work area as neat as possible and cleaned up at the end of each day. They came every day until the job was finished, communicating with us throughout that time. They were always polite and pleasant and clearly experienced and capable. They did everything as agreed and finished within the promised timeframe. The back of our house has been transformed, and we're very satisfied.

We are extremely happy with the end result of our home, Dardan and his crew did an amazing job, they are very professional. Aside from the stucco looking amazing, Dardan is very easy to deal with and he will keep you informed of every step of the process. Honestly, the best and easiest contractor Ive ever worked with. On time, on budget, great guys. Dardan and his team made it super easy and affordable. First of many projects! Highly recommend. Now I have to painting and cleaning rest of house :)
