Removal and replace of cedar roof, all guttering and soffits etc
Bosco was one of three quotes we had for the job of removing an old cedar shake roof and all guttering and facias and soffits and replace with asphalt. I had seen his work down the road and was impressed so looked him up on homestars to see a great rating.
They came in the same price as another recommended roofer but Bosco's service from the start was exemplary. He came around and discussed all of the options and his work with us. He explained all of the insurances and warrentees he has and allowed me to study the colour options.
We agreed a date to start but the weather was not on our side. As we had a deadline of selling our house Bosco pulled out all of the stops and managed to get 10 people working on the roof to remove and replace in just one day! The guttering was done after and the team doing it were very professional.
The work is perfect so far, we are very happy to have chosen L&M Roofing and have already recommended him to 3 of our neighbours.
