We purchased our furnace from Enercare (formerly Direct Energy) 6 years ago and initial contact at that time, was in the dead of winter, when our electric forced air furnace broke down and could not be repaired. Another company left us, literally, out in the cold but Enercare stepped right in not only making the process of conversation to a gas furnace doable in an extremely short time frame, but also a smooth transition without incident. Since then we have been completely satisfied with the yearly inspections.

Avenue Road Roofing exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with the work they did for us replacing our roof in July 2016. From the initial consultation with Robert Marchetti, to the preliminary site visit by foreman Fergus Critch, to the follow up visit from supervisor Kas Tobin, all aspects of the work were exemplary. Professional, efficient, and extremely hard-working workmen on site. The Avenue Road Roofing crew left our property neat, tidy and without a trace of debris or residue at the end of each work day. Our neighbours even commented that they thought the work was completed on day one, as there was no evidence whatsoever of any on-going work! The repairs were extensive with several layers of shingles to be removed, revealing wet insulation and rotted wooden beams that needed to be replaced. This additional work and expense was relayed to us on site immediately and within the hour head office was calling to review the costs and confirm our acceptance. All was above board. There were no surprises. The billing by the office was clear, precise and accurate. When it came time to negotiate the work that was done to our a/c unit in conjunction with the roof repairs, Avenue Road Roofing were up front, approachable and receptive to a mutually agreeable compromise. A great group of people and a pleasure to deal with, we are extremely grateful to everyone at Avenue Road Roofing.

We had extensive roof repairs done by Avenue Road Roofing under the supervision of Jeffrey Charnley in 2005 and were completely satisfied with the work and service provided. After bad experiences with two different roofing companies since purchasing our home in 1998, we were relieved to find a reliable company. Avenue Road Roofing have been back to see us several times over the years when we have requested inspections. Kas Tobin provided minor caulking repairs and expert advice that enabled us to extend the life of our skylights avoiding costly repairs. Always prompt in responding to inquiries and professional in their verbal and written appraisals, we have come to rely on their expertise and commitment to quality service. Quotes from other roofing companies have been slightly lower than Avenue Road Roofing however, for us, maintaining a relationship with a proven company is by far worth the extra cost for peace of mind.
