The entire process from quotation to installation was seamless. Farhad was knowledgeable about Lennox products and gave me a wide range of options which helped me alot. As a first time buyer - I felt very confident about the products I was buying. The installers were very professional. I am very impressed. Very nice and clean job! I highly recommend Cozy World. Thanks - our home is now winter ready!
