After 24 years our house needed to have the old aluminum windows replaced, one of the last items on our home renovation project. We had a few quotes from other companies for their window products and costs. We selected Centra after visiting their Langley showroom, liking the construction of the window products and discovering it was a local company where employees are also company owners. The sales representative, Jeremiah Johnston came to the house to advise us on the different lines, prepared a quote, and was able to change the proposal to better suit our needs. The Centra installation team, Harry, Darren, Scott, Trystan and Nick G. were outstanding. Not only were they personable, they were quick, efficient and thorough. The team arrived on time and ready to work. They rolled out protective floor mats over our hardwood and rugs prior to starting the job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. It was a very hot day but they worked solidly and worked well as a team. After the job was completed they polished the windows ( they sparkled!), cleared up any debris and packed up. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the whole process. Harry walked through the rooms, demonstrating how the individual windows worked and answered any questions I had. I would and will heartily recommend Centra Windows to everyone.
