everything looks good first interview and looks like a solid company, assure me will get a 24hrs notice when they are coming and a full report, start February 28 all good by Steve... after that, march have to call for them to come and book the appointment, no report until now ask the guy apologized and said next month ok... this month comes this past Thursday, call 40min in advanced this place is a rental need notice to tenants but they agree and no report. so I have email them back and call no answer. im done sent an email where I want a FULL REFUND LIKE THEY OFFER ON THEIR WEBSITE... IM NOT SATISFIED. calling visa also tomorrow to have the charge reverse if my money is not send back in 24hrs. done and done with this company, not even 3 months and this is happening I better run before it gets worse.

Renovating is not an easy task, and electrical work is definitely something you dont mess around with. Richard was here to just change some pot lights but found so many hazards that we need it to change the all electrical And move the electrical box from a place that was not safe. Place is not up to city code, he came back couple more times to make sure everything was in order and even change couple of covers that he saw were broken after my other contractor did the kitchen. In the end look no further and hire richard.

Thanks to viktor for all the help , i must said that not problems anymore with getting ac upstairs... Saving also toons of $$ in electrical bills :)) 10 starts !!!!
