I have been researching for ways to improve temperatures in our home. Moved into a new house recently and had quite a bit of issues with the rooms on the second floor of the house, especially at the front. We knew we had bad insulation in the attic and the garage, and the windows were quite old too. A family friend recommended to try aeroseal before we spend thousands of dollars into changing all of our windows and re-insulating. When Yuri's team arrived at our house, they were able to identify that the airflow in the front rooms was much weaker than everywhere else in the house. After performing the duct sealing, our airflow doubled in the front bedrooms, and now they feel just like the rest of the house. Couldn't be happier. Saved me some money by doing this rather than investing into other things that may have not even helped.

Yuri and his team to seal our ducts. They found and showed me where 2 of our ducts had separated from their adjoining duct pieces, allowing air to dissipate. They fixed those problems and then used the aeroseal product to completely seal all of our duct runs. We went from 49% leakage to less than 1% leakage. The airflow from our vents has significantly improved. Then, he balanced all the air flow in the house. Every room was 72 end up being too warm, so turn it down to 70.. we can actually hear the air flow in the bedroom.. worth every penny should if done years ago thank you Yuri from my wife and me

Yuri and his team did a very efficient and thorough job and explained every step of the process to me in a friendly and professional manner.
After an air pressure test it was ascertained that the various leaks in the duct work equaled the equivalent of an 85 square inch hole. After the sealing was completed, this was reduced to less than 1 square inch.
The entire house is now much more comfortable and evenly heated from the basement to the second floor. No more cold rooms upstairs in the winter.
I am very pleased with the results and would happily recommend Aeroseal to anyone who wants to remedy temperature differences in their house and improve the efficiency of their heating and cooling.

Aeroseal was recommended by a friend who is in the heat pump business as a solution to the problem of the second storey of the house being too warm while the basement is frigid. When the team was finished the cold air was blowing much stronger upstairs and were very happy with the value of this service.

For years we've had cold bedrooms in our top floor (those bedrooms also happen to be furthest away from the furnace!). To try and solve it, we've added insulation, replaced windows with no significant change in comfort or temperature.

After having done some research on air sealing (and seeing all the positive reviews of Aeroseal Tech), I reached Victor. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me walking through potential causes and the Aeroseal process. Very knowledgeable, he explained the process end to end and answered a number of questions (not all related to the ducts or air system). No pressure, very reassuring.

In moving forward, I was able to arrange for the sealing to be done a few weeks after my initial call with Victor. His crew arrived on time - and very conscious of wearing protective covers on their shoes and protecting the floors. The crew were also very knowledgeable and well equipped with thermal cameras to review causes of heat loss and other devices to measure airflow in the ducts.

Through the process, my ducts went from 30%+ leakage to less than 0.5%. After balancing the ducts, airflow to the two cold rooms improved by more than DOUBLE the original flow (pre-sealing). We now have NO perceivable difference in temperature between the floors (vs. before it was either a wall of cold in the winter or a heat wall in the summer going up the stairs) and our two bedrooms are finally warm and comfortable. I'm looking forward to the summer for more balanced air conditioning across the house (and hopefully lower power bills!).

I can't speak enough about how well this works. I'd encourage you to do some research (as I did) on the process. Aeroseal Tech are a reputable company and know their product well.

Fantastic experience and can vouch for all the other positive reviews here (it's rare to see such consistency on Homestars.. clearly a strong endorsement for the company and results!).. it's not inexpensive but has made the biggest impact in comfort for our home in only a few hours.
