I couldn't be more satisfied with the team from Afterglow. They were timely and professional from the beginning and I believe the price was reasonable. While we did have an issue at first with the noise of the unit, Afterglow worked with us and the AC manufacturer to ensure that the issue was dealt with promptly. They stand behind their products and their service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good locally HVAC company.

I wish I could echo the largely positive reviews. On the plus side, the person who quoted the work was friendly and helpful. The work crew was also courteous and generally the quality of their work was good. However, their organization and commitment to customer satisfaction leaves something to be desired. The work started weeks after the promised date. They made some mistaken assumptions about how we wanted the sun tunnel installed that also slowed down the whole process. The worst thing was that when we discovered the following spring they had created a gap in the aluminum that and birds were nesting in our roof, multiple calls and emails resulted in no action and no response. I would not use them again.
