Tried Metropolitan after another plumbing company failed to fix a leaking valve problem on my boiler after 3 attempts. A simple service call to Metropolitan (with no more replacing of valves) was all that was required for the fix. The serviceman knew his stuff!
Leaside's website pictures the original father/son founders, implying they are still the plumbers. Discovered that's not the case. Boiler relief valve was replaced 3 times within a few days. Not what I expected from a "family" owned business. A different plumber fixed the problem for a service call only.

I have discussed with our technician who worked at your home, and Tom spoke on the phone with you the other day, I believe that there is a lot of context missing from this review, but I can understand your frustration.
