Marcello was super prompt and responsive on everything related to the Furnace and AC issue. I had to replace it on a urgent basis in the middle of winter. Enercare was horrible and could not do much. And that is when I got in touch with Marcello through a friend of mine. From my first contact to getting the quote to installation and to all the communication even today, he has been very helpful. His team did the installation very professionally and on time. His quote was very competitive, his documentation, clarity on pricing and other terms left no confusion. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend Air Quality Dunrite to anyone needing their service.

My HVAC was installed by Cosmopolitan few years ago and they take care of the annual maintenance as well. Mr. Hasan Ather arrived on time with his usual smile. He did a thorough job of checking each and every thing involved in the annual maintenance. All along he was also educating me on how to take care of some of the basic things of the HVAC. He left the place clean and tidy. I am absolutely satisfied so far. Would highly recommend Mr. Ather and by extension Cosmopolitan.

Hasan was on time at my door for the annual maintenance. He did a perfect job and explained a lot of the new things that as a homeowner were very essential and caught a lot of things that enabled superior performance of our system. It does cost a bit much but overall we have always been happy with the service.

I started searching for HVAC vendors in Oct'09. I went to the fall home show and met quite a few but was not entirely satisfied. I contacted Cosmopolitan after reading reviews on the homestars website. The salesperson, Peter, was prompt to contact me back and went through all the details one by one. He was in constant touch and resolved all of my queries. Eventually I went with Cosmopolitan and I was not disappointed. My system was replaced in Dec'09. Greg the installer was very knowledgeable and didn't take much time to replace my furnace, AC, water heater and humidifier. They left the place clean. The next day Peter brought all the paper work for the OPA grant. I just had to sign it and mail it. Yesterday I received the cheque from OPA. All systems are working fine to date. Great folks. You get what you are promised. Would highly recommend.
