Our family just finished a complete renovation to our entire home. It was a very big and complex project and Arkhitekton did a phenomenal job. They were professional, communicative and highly skilled. As we navigated the multitude of decision-making we felt supported and considered Sterling to be a true ally. Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Very professional company. Email communication prior to the move was very thorough and they were always very quick to respond. All of our furniture was protected with furniture pads and placed safely into the truck. Friendly and professional moving team. The experience was fine - nothing was damaged. They did take about 3-4 hours longer than they had quoted me, and this was with me, my husband and my parents all helping to unload the truck and unwrap the furniture.

It is unfortunate that estimating a moving job is not an exact science, and sometimes hidden factors can increase the amount of time needed to complete a moving job. If the estimate was done online, like in this case, estimating the time for a move can be even trickier.
