We have just had our fireplace insert installed. Having done online, in-store and telephone research, we contacted Robin via e-mail one week ago today. Received a reply within a matter of hours and set up an appointment for a quote on Tuesday. As luck would have it, he was available to install today. They arrived on time, worked steadily and cleanly. They were knowledgeable and pleasant. Robin took the time to answer questions to explain how it would work.
