Zaid is a gentleman who performs with integrity. I received his last email the night before to reconfirm pick up time and responded that we were good to go but needed to add a matress and wooden chest to the dining room set. He picked up on time, delivered without mentioning the additional pieces or charging for it. Thanks again Zaid.

Oleg answered the phone on the second ring. Identified the issue quickly. Said he'd be here at 10 and showed up within a minute on time. Had the correct replacement parts and was finished in 30 minutes. Great to find an honest prompt and extremely reasonably priced serviceman. Highly recommended.
