This small store offers the best service possible. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable. Prices were MUCH better than big box stores. No problems with returns of excess materials; Tim Leeder always offered samples to take away to try in house. My go to for all future jobs.

Repair incorrectly installed pocket door
I hired a contractor to do a few small jobs (install kitchen backsplash, drywall in a small closet) and also wanted a bathroom doorway enlarged and a pocket door installed. The work took a couple of months: no show, only worked for an hour, no calls returned, etc. When the door was actually installed, it scraped against the frame. Contractor's solution was to install felt on the inside of the frame, so door would rub against the felt, not the frame! In desperation, I turned to HomeStars and found Estevo Estates. Jerson responded promptly, showed up within a day, and explained what he would do. He and Mario opened the wall, readjusted the pocket frame and reinstalled the casing. Mario repaired the drywall, and while waiting for it to dry, mounted some shelf brackets for me! Mario even finished an excellent job with primer. I just wish I had found Estevo Estates FIRST, so the work could have been done right the first time. I'll gladly recommend them to my friends, and hope to be able to have upper floor parquet repaired and refinished soon, too. Thanks, guys!
You know a great deal of our work is cleaning up after other contractors. Often times the individuals do not have the knowledge or even care about their work. If you cared enough you would learn to do the job right. The guy put felt on the door when it was framed too tightly. Clearly he just wanted to be paid and then run off. Glad we could show our care and knowledge by doing your job properly.
