We purchased a home that had a concrete side walkway that was sloped towards the house and a driveway that had been badly patched with asphalt. We contacted several contractors to provide a quote on the job and after our initial meeting with Raffy we came away very much feeling that Elite was the company we wanted to work with. Raffy provided many past job samples for us to view. He was knowledgeable, worked within our budget, and never pushy. The price was more than fair in relation to the other quotes we received. When Marcelo arrived to plan out the details of our project we were just as impressed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was very easy to work with throughout the project. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The work was done in a timely manner and the crews were excellent. At the completion of the project a small hairline crack appeared in one section of our walkway. The crew returned promptly to fill the crack and fix the issue. Raffy was not satisfied with the results and told us he would send a crew back to remove and re-pour the section. We were thoroughly impressed with Raffy's pride of workmanship and very soon after the section had been replaced as promised. We could not be happier with the results of the work and with all of ours dealings with Elite Designed Concrete.

Thank you for your review Mark D. We appreciated your patience while we contended with the rain to build your project and we're very happy to know that we met your expectations. Marcelo and Raffy.

We purchased a home last summer and the home inspection picked up that we needed new eavestroughs. We knew it would have to wait for Spring but started gathering referrals and Darren's name came up. We contacted him and he quickly arranged to visit to view the job and provide a quote. Beyond simply replacing the existing eavestroughs he was able to see that we also needed to have them re-routed to ensure the water was being directed away from the house. I asked about leaf guard and he explained everything fully. His quote was prompt and fair. His crew undertook the work very soon after and were done in one day. Arriving home from work I wouldn't have known they were there other than the new eavestroughs and downspouts. There was one section at the back of the garage that was not accessible for his crew so Darren and I spoke on the phone the next day and came up with an alternate solution. His crew were back the next day and completed everything as discussed. We are very happy with the results and would very much recommend North Shore. In fact, they will be working on my parents home in the very near future.

Thanks Mark for taking the time to write this review! We appreciate the referral to your Dad as well! We did this project nice and early as you and I were looking at the home in knee deep snow for the estimate! It was a pleasure to work for both of you. Let us know if we can be of service moving forward. Darren

I had Andrew install a new central air unit and was happy enough with his work to have him back to install a new high efficiency furnance. He took his time and explained the process fully. When the next cooling season arrived the A/C system was not working (it was only blowing hot air). Andrew returned to 'fix' the problem and again was great to deal with. This year again I turned on my A/C only to have it not work (same problem). I called, texted, and paged Andrew but he did not return my phone calls. After several weeks I called in another company to check on the problem and was told there was absolutely no refridgerant. They explained that there is obviously a leak. I now have to have the system checked for leaks, sealed, flushed, re-filled with refridgerant, and re-balanced. A very expensive and time consuming repair job on a unit that is only a couple of years old. I gave one star because my furnace worked well throughout the winter but I now worry if this will be the case next year. I am unbelievably upset that he chose to not even acknowledge my phone calls as I think we could have come to some agreement on the repair. I would not recommend Andrew Byrne or Burne Heating & Air as they do not stand behind the products/work.

Removed an small old deck to add a larger more usable (and private) deck with a hot tub. Ryan designed a deck that met all of my requirements. Very easy to work with. Impressed with how solidly the deck was constructed and the attention to detail. Completely satisfied with the job and I have no problem recommending Just Deck It.
