After having my toilet repaired by Kaming, I had him come to replace my sink faucet for me. I did not like the faucet that I originally had, but I was not willing to put a lot of money into replacing mine. I asked him how much it would cost and he told me that he would charge an installation fee and the part fee. He would even show me the receipt for the part to guarantee the price. I then told him my budget and my expectations. He told me there was no way he would be able to accomplish the task. It seemed the transaction was not to be made, but a week later he called! (Certainly, I was not expecting it) He asked me about the general size and model of faucet I had and told me he had with him a working faucet in good condition(that would fit). He gave me a brief description and promised me I'd like it. He came over(two days later) again and installed the faucet. I am really happy with my faucet, it works great and looks even better! It really matches the colour shceme of my washroom. He charged me very little for the as he told me he got it from one of his other customers (and he knew this was just what I was looking for). I was definitely on budget!

Curtains look good. They are low maintenance. I think I found a pretty good deal with Kamfair as the quality of my curtains is very good. The materials they offer are worth the price and I think the sewing is really good. Overall, the curtains make my room feel 'nice'. They were willing to do their best to accomodate my design and I am happy that they had added input as now that I think back, my design would not have worked well once made.

The design of my room is not completely rectangular. My work are has a weird angle to it. It is hard to look for a desk that fits properly, but by amazing luck, I found a desk surface in the discount section of Ikea. I needed to buy legs for it and was not too sure what would be best. I got a good opinion from the employee though. He advised me to look through the catalog and even pointed out a few he thought would work nicely with the piece I had chosen. Finally legs were chosen, but they didn't have it in stock. It did not take too long but having to make another trip back costed me the inconvenience of having to have my friend(who owns a van) do the same. Of course, with all Ikea designs, it was pretty easy to put together. And now, I have a desk that looks more than it's worth because it looks custom made plus the legs are proving to be well worth the wait as they make my desk stand out more.
