Was able to get a service appointment the next day and they called to confirm. Received a text as they were heading to my house, and came well within the 3 hr window they gave me. Steve took a quick look, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly, communicating what he was doing the whole time. He was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant, as always. Have used this company to repair many appliances over the years, and always been happy with the service provided.

We had a problem with a leaking Kohler shower tower in October last year, and were very pleased with the service provided by Plumber MD. We had water running from the fixture constantly, and were thankful that Morley said he could have someone out to look at it within a few days, rather than weeks. Long story short, they were able to solve the problem for a lot less than they originally thought, and were both professional and on time. They even sent us a copy of the owner's manual for the fixture, which is over 10 years old, just so that we would have it. Amazing service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
