Tom did a fantastic job on our home inspection. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, went over the property multiple times and answered all of our questions with a thorough response. The home inspection report was completed on the same day: it was concise, well written, and included pictures and thermal imaging. I would have no problem recommending Tom and Clearview to friends and family.

My wife was having to run the clothes through the dryer twice on high heat just to dry them. I could see that the builders had put too much ducting and it had become kinked, but we have a third floor closet laundry with a very tight fit so I was unable to get into the vents to clean it myself. We called Iain to look at the dryer, and he confirmed the problem with the ducting and improper venting. He shortened and straightened the duct, attached an elbow and replaced the vent in the attic. He showed photos from the attic and explained in depth the problem and solution. The dryer now works great even on low heat, so we're quite happy with the service.

I ordered a dishwasher online and had Baydoun Appliances do the installation and removal of old unit. They arrived on time and installation was quick. Dishwasher looks great and is perfectly aligned. I really liked that they list all their prices online instead of having to go through quotes.I would use them again for my next appliance installation.
