Excellent service; they came and left exactly on schedule, they were friendly and personable, and they did a great job, as the before and after pictures they took demonstrated. They also fixed a twisted dryer pipe and replaced the air filter in the furnace. Highly recommended.

My furnace broke down, and I called Climax Air Conditioning first thing in the morning. Within a couple of hours, Sam came round to assess the situation. He identified the problem, found the right part, and got things working again quickly. Not only that, but he checked the warranty, found that we were two months inside the expiry date, and made sure that we did not have to pay the $1300 plus tax for the defective part. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. Unlike many service people, Sam always let me know when he was coming to the house, and always arrived on time. Highly recommended.
