Made an appointment with Bill to see if what I required was feasible and cost. Bill was in the neighbourhood on another job and had sometime after leaving for the day to look at my issue. We could not get a fridge, freezer, loveseat and sofa in my basement home that we just moved in. After back-in-forth discussion Bill removed the bottom trim and side rail of the stairs which gave us more clearance. Bill did not charge for his advice, time and the little bit of labour. I will use Bill in the future because of his frankness and honesty.

The overall experience has been great from initial install and I have them come in once a year for the yearly cleaning and check-up. The technicians have always arrived within the scheduled window.
