Booked our first furnace maintenance request online. Received a prompt and professional call within 24 hours to set up the appointment. The technician (Casey) arrived on time and was friendly, professional and efficient. He answered my questions and provided helpful advice regarding humidity levels in our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will be contacting them again in the spring for our A/C maintenance.

We needed to refinish the hardwood floors in the older home we had purchased prior to moving in. Matt provided a clear estimate and a schedule that was able to meet our deadlines and worked tirelessly to ensure that our project was completed to our satisfaction. He was professional, reliable and patiently answered all of our questions. He provided detailed instructions as to protecting our freshly refinished floors throughout our move and for their care afterward. We would use his services again and recommend him to family and friends without hesitation.
