Our AC unit broke during a heatwave and Michael came quickly to assess the problem and make recommendations. He spent a lot of time inspecting the unit and suggesting the most cost effective ways to resolve the problem. We decided to replace our existing unit and he was able to have a new system installed within a very short period of time. We were also so impressed with the service technicians who were very prompt, knowledgeable and tidy. They even returned the following morning to check that everything was working properly. Service is outstanding! We would highly recommend McKinnon and would have no hesitation to contact them for any future A/C and furnace needs.
