From our first visit with Jim (sales and selection) to the final visit from Max ( manager) the day after the job was done, we were completely satisfied. The team is a family of like minded people and worked like a well oiled machine. All the fellows on the roof were top notch both in their work and the respect they have for the home they are servicing. Clean up was thorough, and the worksite was always attended to. Could not have been more pleased with the roof and the job that they all took such care in providing.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Excellent service every single time I have called for any reason - be it reporting a holiday, or answering an alarm call. Very thorough and articulate. I feel safe. Ten stars!!!! Wish I could clone some of these staff members.
