Sales man was great, installation was great, price was great. I would have given this company a 10/10. But I can’t even get a proper receipt for my taxes. I have been very patient and following up with Weather Pro at least 1-2 every week. The job was completed over 5 weeks ago! They got my $$ and now I’m getting the worst service for this very simple request.

You have gonten the receipt for your taxes the day you signed the contract and should be used for your taxes .
If you require additional invoices we can get them for you .
Please Email us with your request as this is much more efficient way for us to reply to you with your concerns as our phone lines always tied up .
We really hope you can revise your 2 star review and find it in your heart to give us a second chance and provide you with your additional invoice.

Andy with Ducky's Drains was prompt and efficient at returning my call. It's Friday and I needed a new water tank immediately for my rental property. He offered the best price and what's more, he didn't charge an emergency charge to install it on a Saturday! Communication was excellent too!

What a great team! The communication, the product, the installation and clean up met our 10 star expectations. We have the most beautiful roof on the block! I would recommend Sokol & his team without hesitation.
