Everything from beginning to end was a great experience. Marco came over to provide a free in-home consultation and drew up a proposed design on the spot. Pricing was very transparent and fair right off the bat. The estimated delivery date would have been bang on if not for a truck breakdown out of their control. They get quite busy so there's quite a bit of a wait from order date to delivery date. The bed itself is built well and attractive. It is everything I wanted when I began my hunt for a wall bed. The installers were both very professional and polite. They were careful when moving the bed through tight hallways into the room and brought floor covers to prevent any acciednetal damage and hauled away all of the packing material when they left. Couldn't be happier with the bed and service provided.

Contacted Neda at Sun Shades through email and she did a great job working with us primarily through email/phone and sent us pictures and other documents electronically so we wouldn't have to make a trip up. We ended up having a problem with our window cutouts (condo cutouts weren't even) and Neda/Sunshades, at no charge, sent out their installer to help us put the shades back up after the condo builder fixed the openings. Price was very competitive and within the best 3 quotes we received.
