When I was getting an estimate for the job, the owner responded to my calls. Once I made final payment, he ignored my calls and emails. I had a question about what to do about external plugs for the lights in the winter. After only 8 months, a pole has cracked and the owner is ignoring my calls/emails. It is very important to provide after-service, not just to get the job.

I highly recommend Restoration 1 Kitchener. I recently had water damage in my basement and they were prompt, helpful, and professional. They came in quickly to check out the damage and reassured me that they would take care of things. They dealt with my insurance company directly and provided them with very complete reports of all work that they completed. I feel fortunate to have worked with them through this difficult situation.

I hired Jules Flooring since it was highly recommended by two of my friends. I needed to place hardwood in the entire upper level (4 bedrooms and hall) and remove carpet on stairs to upstairs and to basement. The owner was very helpful and explained everything to me in terms of preparation and time line. He was on time to do the job and accurate about how long it would take. My carpets were removed and care was taken to prepare the subfloors. Then unstained wood was placed. This was followed by staining and varnishing. Everything looks great! Furthermore, the after service was outstanding. When I asked for a few things to be retouched, this was done promptly. I am very happy with the service I received and have booked him to do my office and family room. I would highly recommend Jules Flooring to anyone thinking of getting hardwood floors.
