I was with AlamForce for more than 3 years with no problem, because It did not happen that someone intrude into my house. Once it happened, the service was extremely terrible. I got a call from AlarmForce that they had received a single signal from my backdoor. The operator was keeping implying me that this might be a false alarm. When I insisted on dispatching police to my house, they said that they are sending their security guys there first. It took 50 minutes and they were still keeping telling me that they had not yet heard from their security men. So I called my neighbor and asked to see what is happening in my hose. He called me back and told me that some intruders had broken into my house. The AlarmForce agents were still calling me and saying that they had heard nothing yet, although policemen with their dogs were walking in my house and I had motion detectors in many spots. When I called them back, the operator was very very rude and refrained to explain to me that if the motion detectors had worked, why they said it might be false alarm? and if they did not work, WHY? Also why it took a long time and no one attended there or if they did, why they did nothing???? Finally the guy online told me rudely that he had not any more explanation although I did not get my answers. This company did not work for me at all. NOT RECOMMENDED

Last night I heard scratch noises from our attic and realized there should be some animals in there. So I called a couple of companies to resolve this issue. "SOS wildlife control" was the only one who answered my call right away. Shervin and Jamie, two experienced technicians came to my house immediately. They exactly knew what they are doing and inspected all my roof and its surroundings and the attic for any holes or broken vents. They repaired all vents and made protections and sealed all and every possible entries to my attic. They also detected mice inside the attic and took all measures to remove them. All these excellent services were performed for very reasonable price and least amount of time. These guys are simply excellent.
