Hi Austin, Just wanted to let you know that Dave and his colleague who did the work at our place over the last two days were extremely professional and courteous, and from what we can tell did an outstanding job of the pipe replacement. They went out of their way to inconvenience us as little as possible when turning off the water, left both the yard and basement spotless from their work, and even went beyond the call of duty when removing a rose bush by planting it in a temporary unused pot overnight to assist in preserving it. We wanted to thank them ourselves but didn't manage to catch them before they left so please pass along our sincere thanks. And thank you and Steve for your excellent service and work as well.
