Contacted City Appliance May 24th in regards to a leaking ice machine/fridge. The fellow was on a call and said he would call back. Didn't hear anything so I called back May 25th. Spoke to someone again who asked me to text my model number and address. May 26th I sent a text asking if someone was coming. I got a one word reply "Monday". I sent a text on Monday asking when I could expect someone and didn't receive a reply. I called first thing the next morning May 31st (Tuesday) and the fellow said he would be at my house in the afternoon at around 2 or 3pm. When no one arrived I phoned again at 4:40pm and the fellow said he would see where the tech was and call me back. A few minutes later I got a text saying they were sorry but got overbooked and didn't want to lose my business but I would have to call someone else. I hope they don't treat all new customers this way. If you can't do the job just say so up front so you don't waste people's time waiting around for you.

Requested a a quote and got an almost immediate response from Dolby. He was professional and willing to explain the process and tailor make a home security system to suit my needs. The installation was quick and clean. The products offered are great quality and function well with the iphone app. I'm very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend JTL to anyone. A little note about the cost, the basic alarm package is included. I paid extra for light controls, thermostat, automated lock and extra window sensors. Very affordable for all I received.
