Let's start with the office. Meagan was personable, professional, and knows her job well. She called me a week or so before moving date, just to check in and see how the packing was going, and if I had any concerns. Communication is key in my opinion, and You Move Me has the communication piece down pat. The two young guys who moved us were polite, professional, and worked non-stop while moving us from Brampton to Tottenham. Rick and Tyler were conscientious, they assessed the stuff to be moved, and packed it all with care and with ease inside their truck. At the destination, they were ever-so-careful not to pile boxes right against a wall (I didn't even have to tell them it's newly painted - they were automatically very careful). This is our 4th move in about 20 years, and I have to say, this was the most stress-free one of them all. BEST MOVING COMPANY - BAR NONE.

Salesman came for a consultation, gave quote, had to put a hundred dollars down, was offered no payment or interest for six months on OAC. Salesman knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Shortly after his visit, we received a phone call to arrange the date for the work to be done. As they advertise,the work was completed in one day. The man who did the work was tidy while working, worked diligently the whole day, discussed with us the cleaning products to be used on the product, and was also very professional and courteous. Within two weeks, Bath Fitter called to ask how the service was, how the work was done, how we felt about the tidiness and our overall impression. I would recommend them ANYTIME! EVERY TIME!!

First of all, there is no postal code for this company (or address) so I blame myself for using them blindly. They came to give me a quote, were very knowledgeable and professional. The job was to take four days, but I was told that they'll schedule a week just in case. The contractor with his two workers were to arrive on Monday, August 18th. They did not show. The salesman returned my call the next afternoon to say his contractor went AWOL and he'll get someone else there the following day (which would be the 20th). No one showed again. I had put down an $800 deposit at this time. Finally, at 11am on Aug 21, two guys showed up. Later that day, the head contractor came, delivered cabinet doors. The two guys worked for 5 hours on the 21st, and for 8 hours on the 22nd. The following Monday (25th), the countertop was delivered. It was installed on the 27th (one guy came for 2.5 hours and put it in). That's the last time they came. The backsplash material had not been delivered, four doors still had to go up, valance, laminate in areas, handles, etc. They communicated by text and strung us along, because they wanted the money we still owed (at that point it was $650 that was due upon completion). They promised dates but would not show. Finally, we ended up hiring an independent young guy to finish off the backsplash etc. We purchased the tiles and grout, etc ourselves. He worked 10 hours and it was finished on October 21st. WHAT A MESS. Be smart (not like me!) and do not use this company. Others have told me this job should've been 8 or 9 thousand, and they didn't come back because they undersold the job!
