Our roof was in bad shape, leaking at multiple points. JMT rushed over the same day I called because we were in the middle of a storm. They assessed, quoted and got started the next day. The quote was a fair price, and the work was professionally done and efficient. We ended up getting the gutters redone as they were in bad need of replacement. We will use JMT again to paint our house next year. John is very good at customer service, calling every night to discuss the progress of the work and ensuring we were happy.

This contractor was brutal! They were restoring our master bathroom which was damaged from a leak. They were very slow to respond and didn't share much information with us. We had three project managers over the course of the project and there was no overlap. Each time they had to 'get up to speed'. In the end the work was satisfactory but it took over five months! When I upgraded our shower enclosure, they didn't pay the sub-contractor who in turn came after me for the money even though I had already paid Yaletown. Run from this company if you come across them!
