Gancy was very responsive to our request and very professional. He came over and thoroughly inspected our house, provided detailed explanations for what was happening and the plan to eliminate the mice. I would highly recommend his services to others and he would be our first call if needed again!

One day noticed water leaking trough our ceiling from our upstairs bathroom. Had another plummer come and look at it and they wanted to rip out our ceiling and charge an arm and leg just to figure out the problem. We were not pleased with this option and was referred to call Bryant to assess and fix our situation. Bryant was very friendly and flexible in scheduling a time to come by. When he came by he was very professional and was able to inspect and fix our situation without ripping out our ceiling. In our opinion he really went above and beyond, he was quick, clean and efficient. He has even contacted us to make sure we have not had any more issues with our shower (which we haven't). We would definitely recommend him to others and continue to call him for help in the future.
