Project started on schedule and workers were all very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Good communication at all times and minimal disruption to our daily lives. Mark had some good design ideas that we hadn't considered and we are very pleased with our new bathroom. Cost did not include any of the bathroom fixtures or tiles which we had to source, purchase and store in advance of starting the project.

We have used Bradshaw's for several years for any of our plumbing needs. Last year we decided to replace our toilets with the more efficient low flush. Bradshaw's recommended the best toilet for our needs. It was installed on time and I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

After obtaining at least 3 estimates for replacing our 20-year-old furnace and AC with a high-efficiency furnace, humidifier and AC, we decided that Dave was the man for the job. Our decision was based on a quote that was very competitive, our assessment that he really knows his stuff and is passionate about the importance of the contractor knowing all he can about the products he is installing and then making sure that the installation is done properly. The fact that his company stands behind their work with annual servicing included also helped us to feel confident in our choice. We had the installation completed this past summer and can now attest that both the AC and the Furnace are running like a charm. Dave and his crew are very professional, Dave was always on time (estimate and installation) with no mess left behind. Thanks guys!
