I bought the range and an extended service plan, the range broke in a month. Calls to their service people were not fruitful, calls to the Brick were met with untruths and the inability to solve the problem. They have zero customer service, Trans Global who they 'use' for repairs are incompetent. Buyer beware, go anywhere else. 16 days with no range and still waiting..although they did block me from twitter so I could not keep asking where the customer service was so I guess thats a response.

Called to have my yearly furnace maintenance completed, Derek was prompt, very through and did an exceptional job. It's hard to find companies that you feel that you can trust, but this is one thats a keeper!

I wish I had heard how horrible the Brick was before I purchased, run don't walk away from any purchase at the Brick, not only do they have zero customer service but all service plan work is done by Trans Global who are worse than incompetent, weeks for a call out then +++ more weeks to have the part installed. Nothing but trouble!
