It sounded like these squirrels were having a party right outside our room. After a few more sleepless nights I just decided to call in the pros. Joe showed up on time, checked the opening and explained the situation. Super friendly guy, very honest, provided competitive pricing and more importantly I haven't heard a peep from the unwanted guests ever since. Save yourself the time and trouble of researching for other companies. Just go with Joe - highly recommended.

I accidentally broke off the shower handle, not a big deal right? Well it also split the cartridge shaft which happened to be American Standard (it's an absolute nightmare to find the right parts for). If anyone is married they'll know how sacred showers are for the wife and I wasn't about to waste any additional time figuring things out so I called Mr. Rooter at noon and they had my man Ron Jackson within an hour. I have no idea what the average wait time is but I really didn't care as I just wanted it fixed. Ron was very friendly and knowledgeable, thankfully he had a compatible part in stock otherwise this review may have been more of an obituary. While he was here I also got him to fix a snapped garden hose faucet. This fine gentlemen was highly efficient. Prices seem OK if you're just looking at parts and labour. But if you include the exceptional speedy service it was well worth it. Hats off to Mr. Rooter and Mr. Jackson.

We were on a quest to replace an old tacky chandelier in our dining room and we went through the usual places: IKEA, Home Depot, Rona etc. and were quite disappointed. Most of the lights looked too generic and cheap which didn't fit the bill. We did venture into some boutiques but they were severely overpriced. Our friend told us to check out Modernlights and we fell in love! The photos on the site really don't do the products justice and the prices are very reasonable. We ended up going to their "showroom" (it's VERY cozy but it works) and spent probably too long gazing at the selection. We decided on an orb light as we saw something similar on our trip down south. People, if you're looking for something different and reasonable go check these guys out!

Our 6yr old Goodman furnace broke down and gave Reliable a call based on the reviews. Spoke to Dave and he sent in his technician Walter to diagnose the problem. Once he arrived within 10 mins he figured out it was a board issue and informed me he would be back the next morning. I've dealt with technicians before and they're notoriously late. Well that definitely didn't happen, he promptly called in the morning, dropped by and fixed the furnace. Walter even helped clean the other components just to ensure optimal performance - now that's what I call service.

We needed to have our drains inspected and after reading the reviews we obviously chose Roy. He showed up on time (in fact I was late) and was amazingly pleasant to speak to. I had absolutely no idea what to expect but he explained every single step of the process. It literally felt as if I was receiving a free lesson on drains. He definitely knew his stuff. Roy was honest and had great work values. His prices were “not” reasonable because they were actually cheap. He could’ve easily made up some bogus stories but that’s not Roy. After the work was done he even dropped me off (I had to get back to work). It wasn’t exactly part of the service. However, it easily shows you why he gets these perfect ratings. If had more thumbs they would all be facing up.
