We wanted to hire an inspector to do our 1 year Tarion warranty. Mike came on a sunny but chilly afternoon. He came on time and after a brief chat he got started on the outside. He was very professional and appeared very detail orientated. He also took the time to answer our questions. We really appreciated receiving the report literally within minutes. If you need a home inspection, Mike is the one to call. Thank you Mike!

It's been a week and there hasn't been any problems with his work yet. He explained what needed to be done and helped us work out a reasonable cost. He finished his work really fast. Thanks.
