Actual workers were excellent. The owner/president, Ken, was not. When he gave me the quote for the new furnace I specifically asked him that there would be no "hidden extra costs" from what he wrote on the quote. He said no he doesn't work that way. I also said our current humidifer was working fine and didn't need a new one so just hook it up to the new furnace. I was then charged for some custom work as well as a new humidifier even though on the quote it specifically says "same humidifier". Unfortunately my husband paid the whole bill when the workers were leaving without looking at the original quote. When I got home and called and questioned Ken about these 2 issues he said the custom work was included in the price of the moving of the furnace even though we ended up not moving the furnace cause the workers said it was too difficult. Ken then said the workers asked my husband 2x if we needed a new humdifier and that he said yes. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE AT ALL!!! Neither my husband or myself were asked, and when I asked one of the workers themselves when he came back the next day to install a cold air return vent he said it was a miscommuication between the office and them and that I need to talk to Ken about it. Ken said we signed the final bill and paid in full so he's not giving us a refund.

Had 2 light fixtures, 2 outlets, and a bathroom fan that all stopped working at the same time one day and it wasn't the breakers. It took over a week to get an appointment unfortunately but when the day came Davin was early which I appreciated. He was very efficient, clean, friendly, professional, and got the job fixed in a lot less time then I thought it would take. Thank you so much and I'll definately recommend Davin and 24/7 to others.
