It's nice to know the Reliance "experts" really know what they're doing that it took three scheduled visits and multiple phone calls to get my hot water tanked repaired. And to top it all off the third repair "expert" shut my furnace off and didn't turn it back on so after not have hot water for three days, I also returned home in the evening to a frigid house. Way to go, guys. Beyond disappointed.
