Mark and Greg were the Technicians who came to do the duct cleaning at our home. They delivered a professional and friendly service. Greg to the time to show us the condition of some of the return air registers before cleaning and explain the cleaning process. Mark took the time showing us how clean they left the furnace area and explained also what had been done. Very respectful and polite to talk to. They took their time and did an extremely thorough and professional job. We selected this company based upon the reviews on this site, and we are very happy with the results. Our chimney was crumbling and falling a part, so we are very glad to have found The chimney company in home stars. It was a pleasure to deal with Bill, and his team. Bill was a true professional who wes honest,helpful and courteous. We were very impressed with his attention to detail in both his initial inspection and final work and appreciated him taking the time time to explain the repair process and pointing out why our chimney had been crumbling. He also pointed out issues that needed to be addressed, like the lack of flashing around the chimney, and replacing old chalking around the brick. Bill even left us with a tube of chalking and explained how best to use it to protect the brick against future damage. Bill did an excellent job in completing the work and made sure the work site was completely cleaned up afterwards, in fact better then when he started. We are very satisfied with the quality of our new rebuilt chimney and it's new liner. We would highly recommend Bill and The Chimney Company for any future work.
