An undetected leak under our toilet caused by a broken flange lead to the subfloor needing to be replaced. Shane of High Bridge Homes came to assess, explained exactly what needed to be done and provided a quote the same day. Shanes quote was exactly what he charged. He is very professional, neat and tidy and respectful of both our home and time. We will definitely hire Shane for some other changes to the interior of our home and we highly recommend High Bridge Homes.

We first had Jacob clean our eves troughs last summer. Because of favourable experience last summer we hired Jacob again this spring to clean the eves troughs again and to clean our windows. While we have had favourable experiences with service technicians, I would warn everyone to be careful in dealing with the accounting group. We were overcharged on a recent bill by $127 and despite the fact that the money had not yet been deducted from our account, we were advised it would take two full billing cycles to have our account credited. Most people know there us not a system that cannot be overridden but when you have a monopoly you seemingly get to bully your customers. If you are approached to upgrade your protection plan (s) .... which we believe are worth it .... make sure you get IN WRITING promises made. This was our issue.

Cody was exceptionally professional yet friendly and we were very comfortable with everything he did and explained. Well done. So many providers of services these days sorely lack in the customer service department, its so noticeable when you get someone like Cody. Much appreciated!
