These guys are the real deal. Tom provided us with a very thorough inspection for a home that we're in the process of purchasing, and we were able to put it an offer with confidence after our inspection. Very professional, prompt, and reliable service. Definitely recommended.

Not impressed with these guys. They don't do a thorough inspection of the house you're purchasing, and take a checklist approach to home inspection that's mostly visual. They looked at roof flashing from 50 meters away using binoculars, and most of their "advice" was something that even the most novice homebuyer would know. The written report they provided me with is a joke. Not recommended.
