I haven't had much luck with movers in Toronto and I was happy with this company that came on time and finished on time. They gave me a quote in advance and I could count on it. Moving is tough, as it is, so you do not need any surprises and I did not have any in this case. The one comment I have is that it is a bit odd that one of the moving men complained about moving furniture upstairs...if you are in the business of moving stuff, what do you expect? I hire movers precisely because I cannot do such heavy lifting on my own. So they get 9 instead of a 10 rating. He complained but he did do it.
