Alex responded immediately to my project...he was very respectful and very professional. He suggested two alternatives...replace parts on existing taps or install new taps...he couldn't find replacement taps so he installed new ones... His attention to detail and his concern about my satisfaction was excellent... I would recommend he and his company to anyone...

Old shower removed...new one installed...work done very professionally... Very pleased with the whole approach...cleanup done well... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Unfortunately that is not the end of the story....while installing the new shower the contractor broke one of the faucet handles off on an adjacent jacuzzi...he initially tried to find a part to fix the faucet...says he can't find one and it is now my problem to repair the unit...he will not honor his need to fix the problem he caused and will not honor his 15 yr warranty...stay away from this guy!
